OPERATIONS:
We will manage all contract negotiations as well as contract compliance. We are responsible for communicating all requirements to the subcontractors and suppliers, including delivery dates and schedule deadlines. We will oversee the technical support services of estimating, scheduling and accounting.
Fort Clinch State Park Pier Restoration Project (DEP)
This project included work items such as; timber handrail removal and replacement, water and electric utility relocation, installation of custom scaffolding systems for an overhead shotcrete repair operation, timber boardwalk & decking repairs, surface spall concrete deck repair, precast concrete cap spall repair and structural steel fabrication and installation for the existing 3,100lf pier structure at Fort Clinch State Park.
Marine Bioscience Lab, University of Florida
One of our more enjoyableprojects was this Marine Bioscience Lab facility for the University of Florida at Marine Land. It included a raised auditorium and multiple cast-inplace, curved beams.
Seaside Park, City of Fernandina Beach
Construction of Seaside Park, consisting of 1500 lf of boardwalk, six picnic shelters, plumbing for showers, 62 parking spaces, 3 ADA accessible parking paces, roadway, sidewalk, curb, drainage, utilities, signage, park benches, picnic tables and landscaping.
Fernandina Beach Airport T-Hanger

Construction of 8000 sf airplane T-Hanger , included site-work, foundation, paving parking aprons, under ground utilities, installation of pre-fab metal building, electrical, plumbing and landscaping.
Crystal River State Park, Florida
Construct 1.6 miles of timber walkway through the wetlands for a
State Park including pull-off areas and benches for rest stops.
Willow Branch Park, Park Improvements Project; City of Jacksonville
